GMD Entertainment (incorporating BCM Promotions) was formed in 2009 by Dave Kearney, Mike Moloney and Gavin Moloney. The primary objectives of the company is to offer a professional event management service and venue/event promotion to both corporate and individual clients, as well as offering state of the art PA, sound and lighting solutions. |
Here at GMD, we cover everything from organising and managing festivals, DJ and Disco events, live music events, corporate functions, and a whole lot more. We also provide professional DJs and bands for every type of event and venue, from weddings, private birthday celebrations, company parties, children's parties, graduation balls, college events, corporate functions and Christmas parties. |
We also have a dedicated Sound and Lighting department, which offers full PA and lighting solutions for rentals, sales and venue installations. Here we cover all aspects of productions, from the basic DJ equipment rentals to large-scale festival rigs and everything in between. We also offer installations for pubs, hotels, nightclubs, retail outlets, and most other venues. |

Dave Kearney - Director |

Dave Kearney has been actively involved in the entertainment business since the young age of 16, where he started out as a DJ. He quickly gained a vast knowledge and in-depth experience of all aspects of organising and managing live performances and the production of larger-scale events. Dave now deals with venue owners and booking agencies and also keeps a close involvement with the production side of things. |

Mike Moloney - Director |
|
An accomplished and versatile club and event DJ himself, Mike has been involved in the entertainment industry all his life. Such comprehensive experience has afforded Mike with a wealth of industry knowledge, professional relationships and a thorough understanding of the entertainment business. Mike oversees all major GMD and BCM productions and events, and is also responsible for PA, sound and lighting. |

Gavin Moloney - Director |
|
Gavin might be the youngest member of the GMD Entertainment team, but is also one of the most vital components in the success of the company. His wide knowledge and expertise in our advertising, promotions and marketing campaigns for both venues and events has proven to be second to none. Gavin also liaises closely with booking agencies, artist management and legal departments. |
